Special Issue Publication Policy

Upon the request of the Editorial Board, a special issue may be published once a year. Articles submitted for inclusion in a special issue are first subjected to an editorial preliminary evaluation. Subsequently, they are examined for compliance with the journal’s writing rules, and a similarity scan is conducted to prevent plagiarism. Following these stages, the articles are taken into the peer-review process, where a double-blind model is utilized.
