The Turkish Journal of Islamic Studies is published twice a year, on January 1 and July 1. For the January issue, the deadline for submission of articles is June 30 of the previous year, and for the July issue, the deadline is December 31 of the previous year. Research note, book reviews and obituaries are accepted up to three months prior to the publication of the issue.

The submitted articles undergo meticulous editorial processes conducted by various units and services within İSAM before being presented to the journal’s Editorial Board for approval. Depending on the workload, these processes might extend beyond the usual duration.
